Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team and handle the service and support of VFD/Inverters. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical engineering and a strong desire to grow in the service field. This role involves frequent local travel to customer sites for service, troubleshooting, and maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- - Identify the breakdown and repair VFD/Inverters received at the Godown.
- - Provide telephonic support to customers for technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- - Carry out installation and commissioning activities for VFD/Inverters in new projects.
- - Offer timely technical support to customers under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
- - Manage repair work for equipment under warranty, following standard procedures.
- - Handle repair of Soft Starters and related equipment.
- - Coordinate with engineers from the principal company when issues cannot be resolved independently.
- - Prepare quotations in cases where the customer’s equipment is beyond repair and requires replacement.
Required Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in VFD/Inverters servicing or related field.
Desired Qualification:
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical
